Chimichurri - Argentinian Herb Sauce

Chimichurri has an amazing depth of flavor. It’s especially delicious on anything grilled but also works great on simply steamed vegetables and roasted meats.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup Parsley flat-leaf chopped
  • cup Oregano, fresh chopped
  • 4 garlic clove peeled and minced
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper flake crushed
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cup Cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine and mix all ingredients

  • Combine vinegar, salt, garlic, shallot, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl, add chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, chopped Oregano, and mix. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature.
